Stoit Group is a family business with more than 30 years experience in Property Management. It was established by Mrs Wil Stoit and its head office has been located at the Vestdijk in Eindhoven for more than 20 years.

With approximately 500 properties in our portfolio, Stoit manages large number of investors and private landlords with properties in the middle and high segment. Stoit are the largest rental property management agency in the region, primarily focused on expats. We serve a large business network with large (inter)national companies.

We have all the disciplines in-house to fully relieve you of your technical management worries. We work with professionals who can respond quickly in the event of emergencies, calamities and disruptions. The Finance department ensures that all matters relating to rental payments are handled smoothly.
